What you'll do
* Act as the central contact for streamlining and digitizing processes across our main locations (Poland, Germany, Kuala Lumpur), creating a global process landscape for managers and colleagues -this includes managing local and cross-location processes, such as onboarding sessions and integration activities for team members
* Oversee organizational charts, provide HR KPIs, and analyze data using HR metrics, always focusing on user experience and process efficiency
* Serve as the power user for our Learning Management System, organizing training schedules and planning key engagement activities like surveys, talent reviews, and succession planning
* Shape our internal communication platforms (Viva Engage, Intranet, SharePoint) with a clear and engaging style while creating high-quality, recipient-oriented presentation materials (e.g., for global Townhalls) that reflect strong communication skills
* Take a central role in fostering engagement by organizing surveys, hosting active communication on training and engagement topics, and becoming a trusted partner within the organization to promote our commitment being a great place to work
Who you are
* Bring several years of HR expertise or experience in process management and communication. Alternatively, initial professional experience in a generalist HR role combined with a HR-focused university degree is welcome
* Demonstrate high motivation, a strong sense of problem-solving, and the ability to implement solutions effectively in a dynamic environment
* Possess excellent English communication skills (written and verbal) to collaborate seamlessly with both native and non-native English speakers in tech and management settings
* Showcase a structured working style, strong analytical skills, and the ability to develop concepts for addressing HR process needs in a multi-local and multi-national organization
* Enjoy working with people from diverse cultural backgrounds, with high proficiency in PowerPoint, solid Excel skills, and a willingness to analyze, streamline, and digitize existing processes
