Terms of reference
* You will become alightweight construction specialist, make heavy things light and give shape to complex things
* You will learn how to manufacture ourfiber composite products
* You will build up a comprehensive understanding of thevarious materialsand the appropriate manufacturing processes
* You will learn how to set up, set up and operate machines. You will then be responsible for monitoring the entire production process and rectifying minor faults independently
* Another part of your training as a plastics and rubber technologist is thequality assuranceof the products you produce
Your profile
* Advanced secondary school certificate, intermediate school leaving certificate, advanced technical college certificate or general university entrance qualification
* Good knowledge of mathematics, physics and chemistry
* A keen interest in work and technology
* Knowledge of English an advantage
* Initiative, reliability and flexibility
* Good communication skills / team spirit
