Your role:
4. We are looking for a Logistic Director
5. You will report to the Unit Manager and General Manager
6. GB Key responsibilities
7. Lead end-to-end logistics operations (warehouse, flight prep, equipment, dishwash, kitting).
8. Ensure KPI performance (OTP, productivity, quality, costs).
9. Optimize stock, suppliers, and operational flows.
10. Anticipate risks and allocate resources effectively.
11. Drive continuous improvement and ensure customer satisfaction.
12. Ensure compliance with safety, security, HACCP, hygiene, and customs regulations.
13. Manage inventory accuracy and support digital systems (Winrest).
14. Lead, schedule, and develop team members.

16. Leitung der gesamten Logistikprozesse (Lager, Flugvorbereitung, Equipment, Spülbereich, Kommissionierung).
17. Sicherstellung der KPI-Erreichung (OTP, Produktivität, Qualität, Kosten).
18. Optimierung von Lagerbeständen, Lieferanten und Prozessen.
19. Proaktive Risikobewertung und Ressourcenplanung.
20. Förderung von kontinuierlicher Verbesserung und Kundenzufriedenheit.
21. Sicherstellung der Einhaltung von Sicherheits-, HACCP-, Hygiene- und Zollvorschriften.
22. Verantwortung für Inventurgenauigkeit und digitale Systeme (Winrest).
23. Führung, Einsatzplanung und Entwicklung des Teams.
Perfil
24. GB Requirements
25. Minimum 5 years of experience in logistics (3+ years in management).
26. Strong leadership and organizational skills.
27. Experience with MS Office and logistics systems.
28. Fluent in German and English.
29. HACCP knowledge is a plus.
30. DEAnforderungen
31. Mind. 5 Jahre Berufserfahrung (davon 3+ Jahre in leitender Funktion).
32. Ausgeprägte Führungs- und Organisationsfähigkeiten.
33. Gute MS Office Kenntnisse.
34. Fließend Deutsch und Englisch.
35. HACCP-Kenntnisse von Vorteil.
