You’ll make an impact by You will collaborate with senior AI developers to apply and evaluate AI-powered solutions for automated software optimization and energy-efficient software engineering You will use AI agents and agentic workflows to analyze and refactor existing codebases, improving structure and energy efficiency while meeting quality standards You will Implement and evaluate agent-based solutions for continuous code improvement, including requirements management and automated testing. You will stay informed on current GenAI developments and contribute ideas to enhance our solutions You will document changes, processes, and results to support collaboration and future reuse You excel in Education: Master's student in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Data Science, or a related technical field with a strong programming foundation Experience & Skills: Proficiency in Python is required; experience with other programming languages such as C++, C#, or Java is highly desirable. Solid understanding of artificial intelligence, machine learning, and software engineering principles. Experience using large language models (e.g., GPT, Llama) for code-related tasks such as analysis, generation, refactoring, and optimization. Familiarity with AI agents, agentic workflows, MCP, and LLM application frameworks (e.g., LangChain) in the context of practical software development. Practical experience or strong interest in software quality, testing, code metrics, energy-efficient coding, or continuous integration pipelines is a plus. Ways of working: Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work hands-on with complex codebases. Structured working style, attention to detail, and a high degree of initiative.
