Key Responsibilities:
8. Handle and continuously improve Safety Management System (SMS) cases, including analysis of safety-related speak-ups and implementation of immediate and long-term corrective actions.
9. Collaborate with cross-functional teams and act as an interface between Safety, Quality, Manufacturing Engineering, and other stakeholders.
10. Record, analyze, and report speak-up data to support effective monitoring, reporting, and decision-making.
11. Coordinate governance, audits, meetings, and continuous improvement activities within the local SMS network.
12. Manage the SMS case backlog and promote knowledge sharing and communication across the SMS network.
Requirements:
13. University degree in aircraft construction, engineering, aerospace or industrial engineering
14. 1 year of experience in data analysis, engineering or project lead
15. 2 years of experience in project management and process improvement
16. 3 years of experience in quality management
17. Deep understanding of SAP
18. Basic knowledge in KAIZEN, total quality, lean and risk management
19. Fluent business german and english
