Your responsibilities will include developing strong relationships with customers and key business executives, answering to client queries and identifying new business opportunities among these customers. Serve as the main point of contact for all customer account management matters
Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize profit and growth
Develop trusted advisor relationships with customer stakeholders and executive sponsors
With your deep knowledge of best practices in IT and with your deep knowledge of the automotive and industrial industries in Germany, you are managing a set of accounts. As a Customer Partner you're responsible for managing a sales pipeline beside of being together with the Delivery Partner the face to the customer, ensuring that our clients are successful with the services we're providing. Integrity is at the core of everything you do and you'll go above and beyond to ensure account compliance and maintain a stellar reputation.

keen to drive your own personal and professional development. Proven work experience (5+ years) in account management or IT services sales
Ability to communicate, present, and influence key stakeholders at all levels, including executive and C-level
Experience with CRM software and Microsoft 365
Ability to manage multiple projects and demands while maintaining attention to detail
Fluent in German and English
Bachelor's degree or Master's degree
Relationship management experience
Cross-functional team management experience
