Your Tasks
* You will train our participants in the areas of E-Commerce and Marketing Communication.
* You will share your knowledge on topics such as communication strategy development, social media management, market research, and campaign analysis.
* You will assist in the design, optimization, and maintenance of websites.
* You will provide content and editorial support for articles, press releases, and intranet content.
* You will manage project honorariums (agency models).
* You will provide guidance and coaching to participants using your developed observation and evaluation skills.
* You will identify individual learning needs and document learning development.
* Together with your multi-professional team, you will develop creative and up-to-date qualification offers for adults.
Your Profile
* You have successfully completed your education or studies with a focus on communication, marketing, PR, or media.
* You have gained experience in the field of marketing or a similar field.
* You are familiar with social media and have experience with social media tools.
* You are proficient in common MS Office applications and design and warehouse management programs, such as Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, and Navision.
* You are a creative and motivated person who enjoys networking.
* You possess excellent communication skills and can express yourself in a target group-oriented manner.
