The ideal candidate will have a degree relevant to the position or comparable training related to HR work, labor law, or psychology. Relevant professional experience, preferably within a production environment, is also essential.

* Managing recruiting projects
* Developing HR tools
* Taking on project responsibility
* Supporting daily HR issues
