Manager (5–8 years) – M&A / Corporate Development (Hybrid model) Germany-Based Industrial Group | Strategic Transactions & Corporate Growth
Our client is a globally positioned industrial group with German roots and a diversified footprint spanning logistics, supply chain, and critical infrastructure services. Headquartered in Western Germany, the company maintains a strong European presence with increasing global reach.
The Manager – M&A / Corporate Development (5-8 years) will operate as a key dealmaker within the corporate development function, playing a pivotal role in the origination, evaluation, and execution of strategic transactions. Transaction Leadership : Oversee all stages of the M&A lifecycle—from target screening and strategic fit assessment to valuation, due diligence, negotiation, and post-deal execution.
Stakeholder Management : Build and own detailed financial models (integrated P&L, balance sheet, and cash flow forecasts) and conduct scenario-based valuations to support investment decisions.
Develop high-impact investment memoranda and decision papers for executive and supervisory board approval processes.
Post-Merger Initiatives : Partner with the CFO and broader leadership team to support post-transaction integration, synergy capture, and performance tracking.
German language proficiency preferred; fluency in English is essential.
