Job Description
* Independently and autonomously review legal matters across various business areas.
* Participate in structuring legal relationships, including negotiation and drafting of contracts and rights.
* Provide independent legal advice to internal stakeholders.
* Represent the company externally in legal matters, exercising authority in accordance with internal regulations.
* Work as an in‑house counsel (Syndikusrechtsanwalt) for Škoda Group, contributing to legal strategy and compliance in a dynamic, global environment.
We Require
* Qualified lawyer with the ability to act as Syndikusrechtsanwalt in Germany.
* Proven experience in corporate law, contract law, public procurement law or related legal areas; experience in the railway and public transport sector is a huge plus.
* Strong negotiation and drafting skills.
* High level of autonomy, self‑motivation, and decision‑making capabilities.
* Excellent communication skills in German and English; knowledge of additional Western languages such as French is a significant advantage.
* Experience working in an international corporate environment is a plus.
