Nebius Academy is looking for a talented Motion Designer to create engaging visual content for our online business courses. You'll work on a flexible, project-based schedule, bringing educational content to life through motion design and animation.
What you will do:
* Design and animate visual elements for online business course videos
* Work in Figma and Adobe suite (Premiere, After Effects, Illustrator, Photoshop)
* Adapt your work to align with existing brand guidelines
* Collaborate with the production team, illustrator, and designers
* Independently develop creative solutions for educational content
* Meet project deadlines and manage your workflow autonomously
* Report directly to the Production Manager
* Work on a flexible part-time schedule (hourly or per-video basis)

Requirements
* Proficiency in Figma
* Strong skills in Adobe suite: Premiere, After Effects, Illustrator, Photoshop
* English level B2 or higher

* Ability to adapt to and follow brand guidelines
* Creative problem-solving skills
Nice-to-have:
