Your Role
You will build and scale our PUDO network (Pick-Up & Drop-Off) across your region.
This is not a desk job. This is about building a network in the real world.
From identifying the right locations to closing partnerships and making sure everything works operationally.
Your Responsibilities
* Identify and develop new PUDO locations (parcel shops, lockers, partner stores)
* Build and manage partnerships with retail, kiosks, and local businesses
* Negotiate and close agreements with new partners
* Drive fast rollout and ensure operational readiness of each location
* Analyze network performance and continuously optimize coverage and density
* Work closely with operations, last-mile, and network planning teams
* Take ownership of your region — from first location to full network coverage
Your Profile
* Experience in logistics, network expansion, retail partnerships, or business development
* Proven ability to build and scale structures from scratch
* Strong negotiation and stakeholder management skills
* Hands-on mindset with a strong sense of ownership
* Fluent in German (business fluent required) and English
* Valid driver’s license required
* Based in or willing to work from the Frankfurt / Mainz region
* Willingness to travel within your region
