Are you passionate about ensuring quality and compliance in a dynamic environment? We are looking for a dedicated Quality on the Floor Person to join our Quality Assurance team in Marburg. This is a full-time, temporary position with a competitive salary under the chemical industry collective agreement.

Your Role:
As a key player in our Quality Assurance team, you will:
* Conduct on-site reviews of critical process steps in accordance with SOPs and checklists.
* Verify the accuracy of batch records and documentation to ensure compliance with GMP standards.
* Communicate directly with production staff to uphold quality standards and implement necessary corrections.
* Act as the QA point of contact for production inquiries regarding batch records.
* Document any discrepancies and ensure data is accurately captured and reported to your supervisor.
* Evaluate sample collections and monitor CAPAs (Corrective and Preventive Actions).
* Participate in meetings to support and enhance compliance with quality standards.
* Conduct inspections of facilities and equipment to ensure adherence to cleanliness and operational standards.
Your Skills and Experience:
To thrive in this role, you should have:
* A vocational training of approximately 3.5 years, preferably as a pharmaceutical technician.
* 1-3 years of relevant work experience.
* Knowledge of databases and GMP regulations.
* In-depth understanding of quality assurance processes.
* A willingness to work in shifts.
