Purpose
The general purpose of this function is to act as a financial consultant for the Group Functions internal or external business partner, by giving recommendations to enable and drive fact-based decision making. Creating transparency on the impact and dependencies of core cost and service drivers. Consultancy will be managed based on sound and profound understanding of business processes on operational and tactical level. Project Management experience, financial and operational understanding as well as good communication and change management skills are main success factors. Close collaboration with various business partners will enable success of this role.
The position holder is supporting and steering the business partner to achieve the (financial) Strategy & Top Ambitions, from business case development to the implementation. This role is supported by BU Controllers / Analysts through controlling, target tracking and follow-up reporting.
Key Accountabilities
* Partner with all business functions (up to Sr. Management) for the assigned area of responsibility regarding the implementation of new business strategies and top ambitions.
* Enable fact-based decisions by creating financial transparency on identified and defined projects.
* Support or lead medium to large sized projects, implement findings and ensure sustainability of achievements.
* Develop business cases and implement adequate communication packages to present derived results, recommendations and solutions.
* Significantly contribute to the achievement of the departmental strategy.
* Identify significant improvement potential through analysis both independently and in cooperation with the “Strategy & Projects reporting entity”.
* Provide comprehensive expertise for assigned functional areas / systems and processes towards team and business partners.
* Ensure smooth operation of the business by taking on ownership for related actions.
* Support Director regarding ad-hoc analysis.

Qualifications
1. University degree in Business Administration, Finance, International Management or other related fields.
2. 7-10 years of work experience in related fields.
