1. Part of an international team creating, maintaining, and supporting engineering tools in the Grid Solutions domain
2. Responsibility for the successful adoption of the Engineering Base application in the business as an expert in the application
3. Acting as a bridge between the business and external tool developers, clarifying issues, testing new features, and transmitting user feedback
4. Creating and enhancing global master data libraries
5. Planning and coordinating tool functionality implementation with the internal development team and different business business partners
6. Version planning, testing, and rollout
7. Providing user and power-user support, maintaining and extending user documentation and training materials, and providing trainings
8. Troubleshooting problems quickly and efficiently
What You Bring
9. Completed technical or scientific university studies or technical education with several years of professional experience
10. Good understanding of the HVDC/SVC engineering domain with hands-on expertise preferred
11. Experience with Engineering Base or equivalent CAD applications
12. Good understanding of data structuring and high-level experience with database systems
13. Experience as a tool Product Owner, maintaining a strategic backlog for feature development and rollout, and coordinating with collaborators
14. Fluency in German and English
