The ideal candidate will have a university degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, Education, or a related field. Additional certifications in Learning & Development, Coaching, or Training Management are also desirable.
Key responsibilities include designing onboarding sessions and training programs, managing training logistics and relationships with external providers, tracking employee development plans and maintaining training records, supporting the implementation of feedback and performance cycles, leading recruitment of students, apprentices, and junior profiles, managing apprentices during their apprenticeship, representing the company at job fairs and career events, and providing support to the HR Operations and Recruitment Specialist in senior recruitment processes.
Requirements for this role include strong organizational skills, excellent communication skills, proficiency in HR systems, and fluency in English. French or German is also an asset.
