Your objectives :
As the Manufacturing Network Head, you will be measured against the following objectives :
* Overseeing and ensuring the efficiency of operations across multiple pharmaceutical manufacturing facilities across EU, APAC and US.
* Drive cost reductions and improvements in production processes aligning with the global network.
* Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations, safety, and quality standards.
What you will do :
As the Head of Technical Operations, your duties and responsibilities will include :
* Supervising and managing the full range of operations across multiple manufacturing plants, ensuring processes from production to shipping are efficient and compliant.
* Leading and supporting plant managers, ensuring teams are well-trained and motivated.
* Ensuring plants are equipped with necessary resources, equipment, and personnel to meet production KPI's, and overall business revenue.
* Monitoring production schedules, labor, and budget to control costs while maintaining operational efficiency.
* Collaborating with leadership to ensure financial and operational success.
* Evaluating and improve workflow processes to enhance productivity and reduce costs.
* Ensuring continuous training programs are in place for new and existing staff.
What you will bring :
These are the skills and experience you will need to succeed as the Manufacturing Network Head :
* Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering, Pharmaceutical Science, Operations Management, or a related field. A Master’s degree is preferred.
* 20+ years of experience in pharmaceutical manufacturing.
* Proven leadership experience in managing global manufacturing operations across multiple sites, including experience working with CDMOs.
* Deep understanding of regulatory requirements for pharmaceutical manufacturing, including experience with regulatory inspections (FDA, EMA, etc.).
* Strong communication and leadership skills, with the ability to manage complex, cross-functional teams and drive operational success.
* Ability to travel up to 40%, internationally.
