To support our continued growth, we are currently looking to recruit a:
Senior Officer / Manager – Corporate implementation and transaction M&A - (M/F)
Your main responsibilities
Developing and maintaining a strong and personal contact with our clients and our foreign correspondents
Liaising with our tax experts, our clients and other external business partners, lawyers, public notaries and auditors on various projects’ coordination
Assisting and advising our clients on domestic and cross-border transactions, joint ventures, restructuring and PE / PERE investments
Assisting in the preparation and negotiation of corporate legal documents of any type and relating to investment and disinvestment, funding and financing, distribution and restructuring matters
Ensuring compliance with applicable national and international laws and regulations
Coordination and supervision of the junior officers and operating a quality review of work performed and workload
Your profile
You successfully passed a master's degree in corporate law and you possess at least 2/3 years of post-qualification experience in a law firm or a legal department.
You demonstrate strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact with individuals at all corporate levels
You are fluent in French and English (both spoken and written); German or other languages will be an advantage
You demonstrate excellent organisational skills and ability to work under time pressure
