Job Description In this role, your main focus will be to support the end-to-end hiring process for working students and junior-level roles —from sourcing and screening to coordinating interviews and ensuring a great candidate experience. At the same time, you’ll have the opportunity to influence how we work by helping us automate and digitise our Talent Acquisition processes. Your hands-on experience in hiring will directly inform how we can make our workflows smarter, faster, and more candidate-friendly using modern tools and technologies. Your Responsibilities Support the recruitment of working students and junior-level talent across various departments and European regions. Manage job postings, candidate communication, and interviews using our Applicant Tracking System (SmartRecruiters). Collaborate closely with recruiters and hiring managers to understand hiring needs and timelines. Identify repetitive tasks and explore ways to automate them using digital tools, together with our Recruitment Coordinator. Contribute to the implementation of AI-powered solutions (e.g., smart templates, bots, automated scheduling). Experiment with prompting techniques and AI agents to improve content creation and internal documentation. Stay curious and share ideas on how we can improve our hiring experience through technology.
