Responsibilities Maintenance and administration of customer data in the CRM system. Document management: Compiling documents, filing and assigning sales documents (offers, contracts, presentations) and maintaining the folder structure. Maintenance and updating of templates and standard documents. Creation of cancellation confirmations. Support with invoice verification, reminders, and sending invoice copies. Communication with customers and internal departments. Support with process documentation. Participation in projects such as inventory and reconciliation, as well as setting up a new folder structure. Qualifications Attention to detail when working with data is very important. Independence, organizational skills, and flexibility. Strong communication skills with creativity in problem-solving. Customer-oriented and service-minded. Experience with Microsoft Office products and GSuite. Excellent German and English language skills. You are available for at least 6 months (16-20 hours/week).
