Reporting directly to Arnaud, our Head of Sales, your mission is clear: convert high-intent inbound leads into loyal customers and turn our launch into a real success. Your feedback from the field will influence our approach, helping us refine our roadmap, processes, and product-market fit from day one. Are you up for this exciting challenge ? As an Inbound Sales Representative, your missions will be to : Be the first point of contact for inbound leads coming from our website and marketing campaigns Qualify incoming leads to identify real business opportunities and assess whether they are a good fit for Hero. Close customers by guiding them through our Business Accounts and offerings, driving revenue and maximizing adoption for Hero. Build strong relationships with potential clients and provide actionable feedback to influence our go-to-market strategy and drive client satisfaction. Collaborate with the growth team to continuously improve lead quality and conversion Ensure accurate tracking of all interactions and lead status in the CRM
