We’re looking for an ISO & Compliance Manager (f/m/x) with focus on information security. You will perform a variety of duties, including evaluating all current and new compliance regulations, reviewing company processes and leading training sessions.
Support information security and develop compliance processes in accordance with ISO 27001 and TISAX
Act as Quality Manager and ensure compliance with ISO 9001
Manage and develop our existing integrated management system (9001 & 27001), both client facing and within the organisation
Be the principle agent of continuous improvement within the organisation, including development and leading employee training sessions on compliance, quality and information‑security topics
Support the Operations team to develop a sustainable and efficient work environment with focus on tools and processes
Drive risk management, analyse, mitigate and accept information‑security risks, and re‑audit existing compliance standards
3 + years in a comparable role (ISO‑27001 implementer, Information‑Security Officer, Compliance Manager, QM Manager)
Strong planning and project‑management skills, able to translate complex regulations into actionable procedures.
Fluency in English and good written and spoken German
