As a Working Student in Compensation, Benefits, and Global Mobility (f/m/d), you will support the ECB Expert Hub team in the administration and coordination of employee compensation and benefits programs, as well as global mobility initiatives. This role offers a valuable opportunity to gain practical experience in HR functions, learn about international mobility processes, and contribute to a global organization.
Tasks:
* Assist in the administration of compensation and benefits programs, including data entry, document preparation and salary data submission to providers.
* Support the coordination of global mobility activities, such as visa arrangements, expatriate tax, social security, relocation processes, perform ad-hoc research in these topics.
* Conduct research on market trends, compensation policies, and mobility best practices.
* Help ensure compliance with legal and organizational policies related to compensation, benefits, and mobility.
* Maintain and update HR systems and databases related to compensation and mobility.
* Support communication efforts for benefits programs and mobility policies to employees worldwide.
Education, Training, Professional Experience:
* Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, International Relations, or a related field.
Professional / Technical Competence, Special Knowledge
(e.g. Languages, IT):
* Proficiency in MS Office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
* Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.
