As we scale globally and accelerate our AI transformation, we are looking for a strategic and hands‑on Head of Brand to lead and evolve our global brand function. As Head of Brand, you own how One Click LCA and SimaPro show up in the world. You will lead brand strategy, narrative architecture, visual identity, and brand communications across global markets – ensuring our positioning, storytelling, and design consistently reinforce our company strategy and commercial priorities. This role sits at the center of our marketing organization, collaborating closely with Growth and Regional Marketing – as well as with Product Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success. You will lead a team of seven marketers, shaping a modern, AI‑enabled brand organization that delivers quality, clarity, credibility, and measurable impact. This is a high‑impact leadership role for someone who combines strategic brand thinking, editorial excellence, organizational leadership, and intellectual curiosity – especially around how AI can transform how brand and marketing operate. What you will do: Own and evolve our brand strategy Lead brand strategy, positioning and messaging in alignment with company strategy and mission. Define and continuously refine our narrative architecture across products, industries, and geographies. Ensure visual identity, tone of voice, and messaging are consistently applied and elevated globally. Bring market insight and customer understanding into brand evolution, translating emerging trends and future signals into a powerful, future‑ready brand narrative. Lead brand and product communications Translate company and product strategy into compelling, credible market‑facing communications across channels – including web, email, social, events, PR, and analysts. Ensure quality, clarity, differentiation, and consistency across launches, thought leadership, and flagship moments. Manage and coach team members to produce high‑quality content that supports the brand narratives. Build a scalable advocacy and enterprise brand engine Build and scale advocacy programs that support credibility, retention, and growth – including case studies, champions, reviews, referrals, and co‑marketing. Lead enterprise marketing initiatives and high‑impact collaborations with key customers and ecosystem partners. Strengthen brand authority across web, events, social, and enablement. Drive AI‑enabled brand transformation Identify and implement AI‑driven approaches to improve content creation, storytelling workflows, personalization, and brand operations. Build scalable systems to produce content faster with high quality and consistency across regions. Foster a culture of experimentation, curiosity, and continuous improvement within the brand team. Lead and elevate the brand organization Build, coach, and inspire a high‑performing team across strategy, design, communications, and advocacy. Establish clear standards, governance, and performance metrics for brand impact. Partner closely with Growth, Regional Marketing, Product Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success to align the brand with GTM priorities. What you bring: 8–12+ years of experience in brand leadership, communications, or narrative‑driven marketing within B2B SaaS or technology. Proven experience owning brand strategy and translating company strategy into clear, differentiated positioning. Exceptional storytelling and editorial judgment with the ability to translate complex topics into clear, credible narratives. Track record of building scalable brand systems and high‑performing teams. Experience working cross‑functionally with Product, Sales, and executive leadership. Intellectual curiosity and practical experience leveraging AI to improve marketing effectiveness. Structured, commercially minded and high quality standards. Passion for sustainability and curiosity to become a domain expert in LCA and decarbonization.
