Your future responsibilities: Support & Technology: You will provide first- and second-level support for all on-site IT components and manage the administration of Windows systems and peripheral devices. WMS Support: You will configure and manage our Warehouse Management System (WMS) during daily operations. Optimization & Testing: You will analyze existing processes, identify areas for improvement, and conduct system tests (user acceptance tests) during updates. Knowledge Management: You will create process documentation and work instructions and conduct training sessions for employees. Interface Role: You act as a liaison between Operations, Central IT, and external service providers. Data & Controlling: You provide support in IT service management and data analysis, and further develop controlling tools. What We’re Looking for in You: Background: Ideally, you have completed training as an IT specialist (m/f/d) or are a motivated career changer (m/f/d) with strong technical skills. IT Skills: Ideally, you have experience with Windows operating systems, back-office applications, and network administration (Linux knowledge is a plus). Mindset: You are interested in a broad range of IT topics, eager to learn, and demonstrate a strong commitment to service. Work Style: Problem-solving orientation, initiative, and resilience are among your strengths. Communication: You have good German skills and very good English skills for working with international clients.
