As Head of Sales, you will lead and inspire a high-performing sales team with a clear focus on revenue growth, market expansion, and new business acquisition. You bring a proven track record of building high-value pipelines, closing complex deals, and delivering measurable commercial impact. Commercially sharp and execution-driven, you thrive in high-performance environments where resilience, accountability, team leadership, and results matter.



Key Responsibilities Include

* Drive international business growth by executing First Climate’s sales strategy, expanding market presence, and accelerating revenue across target regions.
* Identify, pursue, and win strategic corporate accounts while building long-term relationships with senior decision-makers.
* Build and manage a strong pipeline of qualified opportunities, maintaining rigorous CRM discipline and consistent sales execution.
* Position First Climate as a trusted commercial partner by understanding client priorities and delivering high-impact, tailored solutions.
* Unlock new growth opportunities across high-potential sectors through proactive prospecting, market intelligence, and commercial insight.
* Monitor market trends, corporate carbon strategies, and competitive developments to strengthen positioning and uncover new business opportunities.
* Represent First Climate at industry events, conferences, and strategic networking engagements to increase visibility, influence, and deal flow.
* Lead and mentor a high-performing sales team, setting clear targets and fostering a commercially driven, results-oriented culture.


Specific Requirements

* Minimum 7 years of experience in high-performance sales environments, with a proven ability to win strategic business, build commercial momentum, and grow key accounts in competitive markets.
* Strong strategic thinking skills, with the ability to identify new business opportunities, build high-value relationships, and navigate complex corporate structures to engage senior decision-makers.
* Proven leadership experience in building, coaching, and leading high-performing sales teams within ambitious, target-driven environments.
* Experience in sustainability or renewable energy is considered an advantage.
* Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills, with the credibility and influence to engage stakeholders at all levels.
* Strong business-level communication skills in English and German, both verbal and written, are essential.


Required start date

Immediately or upon agreement.
