Job summary : The Partner & Key Account Director is responsible for expanding LionsBot’s commercial presence in the DACH region through strategic channel management and direct engagement with key accounts. This role balances nurturing existing Elite Strategic Partners with cultivating a new tier of Certified Solution Partners, while also sourcing and winning Key Account customers directly. The position requires a high level of ownership and the ability to grow both channel and direct enterprise pipelines simultaneously. Key Responsibilities Channel Development: Nurture and grow relationships with Elite Strategic Partners in the region, manage joint business plans, executive relationships, joint pipeline, marketing collaboration, enablement, and regular review cadences; identify and onboard additional strategic partners. Partner Expansion: Cultivate, sign, and onboard new Certified Solution Partners to extend market reach where existing partners are not present, ensuring clear partner economics and productivity standards. Account Management: Source, qualify, win, and grow named Key Accounts directly, typically multi-site or enterprise customers across retail, FMCG, contract cleaning, facilities management, logistics, healthcare, and public sector. Manage the full sales cycle in collaboration with service, technical, and marketing teams. Channel Governance: Define and enforce channel rules of engagement to protect partner relationships while maintaining the company’s right to engage Key Accounts directly; personally manage any partner conflicts that arise. Commercial Operations: Maintain a clean CRM pipeline, ensure accurate forecasting, and provide rolling commercial updates; act as the single point of truth for regional performance. Market Representation: Represent LionsBot at industry events, trade shows, and executive briefings with customers and partners. Market Insight: Provide structured feedback from the DACH market to the HQ product and engineering teams to inform strategy and product development. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, Engineering, or related field; MBA is a plus. Proven track record of signing and growing at least one strategic channel partner in DACH and winning multiple named Key Accounts directly. Native or full professional German and professional English (written and spoken). Experience in technology, robotics, industrial equipment, or B2B enterprise solutions with a strong field channel in DACH. Experience designing and running a strategic partner program, including joint business plans, enablement, review cadences, and marketing collaboration. Strong CRM discipline, forecasting accuracy, and structured weekly commercial cadence. Based in the DACH region and willing to travel frequently within the region and occasionally to HQ locations.
