Our product portfolio includes, among others, AnNoText, Legisway, Kleos, and Winra.
About the Role
As (Field) Marketing Manager (m/f/d) for Germany, you will join the Legal Software business unit, part of Wolters Kluwer’s Legal & Regulatory division, and take full ownership of regional field marketing initiatives, working closely with sales to support growth of the Legisway Suite portfolio in the German market.
The Legisway Suite brings expert solutions that simplify legal workflows and empower corporate legal teams. Our AI-powered software supports legal management, contract review, and the digitalization of general meetings, helping legal teams stay compliant, efficient, and in control.
You will own and execute the regional field marketing strategy to drive demand and pipeline growth in the German market. You will work closely with local sales teams, global product and content marketing, and other regional field marketing managers to deliver effective, locally relevant campaigns.
This is a hands-on role focused on turning strategy into execution and ensuring marketing activities are closely aligned with sales priorities and regional business goals.
What You’ll Do:
* Develop and execute the regional field marketing strategy for Germany in alignment with global and regional objectives.
* Plan, manage, and deliver field marketing programs including events, webinars, paid media, and partner campaigns.
* Collaborate closely with local sales teams to ensure alignment and support sales targets.
* Work with global product and content marketing teams to localize and activate campaigns for the German market.
* Own lead and pipeline generation targets and track performance against goals.
* Analyze campaign performance and use data-driven insights to optimize channels, programs, and spend.
* Coordinate with field marketing managers in other regions to share best practices and ensure consistency.
* Act as the voice of the German market by feeding customer- and market insights into regional marketing planning.
What We’re Looking For:
* Bachelor's degree in Business (with a focus on Marketing) or a comparable degree
* Several years of field marketing experience, ideally within B2B and SaaS environments.
* Fluency in German (C1+) and English (B2+) (written and spoken).
* Proven experience driving demand generation and pipeline growth, preferably in the German market.
* Strong passion for events, including planning and executing in-person events, webinars, and industry trade shows.
* Experience collaborating with sales teams and partners on joint marketing and demand generation initiatives.
* Solid understanding of the local business landscape and software buying journey, with the ability to create targeted, effective campaigns.
* A strategic, hands-on, and results-driven marketer with strong cross-functional collaboration skills.
* Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze performance and turn insights into action.
* Familiarity with marketing automation and CRM tools (e.g. Salesforce, Eloqua, reporting or analytics platforms).
* Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
* Positive, team-oriented attitude and the ability to thrive in a fast-growing, international environment.
Our benefits
* Permanent employment from day one
* Remote work & flexibility: Work remotely up to 3 days per week (home office) with flexible working hours
* Work abroad flexibly: Work from anywhere within the EU for up to 20 days within a twelve-month period
* Rest & time off: 30 vacation days
* Show your commitment: 1 additional day off per year for your volunteer work (Volunteer Day)
* Company pension scheme
* Support for development: E-learning via LinkedIn, online language training with goFluent, and other training and development opportunities
* Modern on-site working: attractive office in Hürth near Cologne with rooftop terrace, ergonomic workstations, e-charging stations with discounted electricity, and free fresh fruit, water, tea & coffee
* A great start: structured onboarding with a buddy program

Applicants may be required to appear onsite at a Wolters Kluwer office as part of the recruitment process.
