Your responsibilities Assist in the development and research of refrigerator projects under the guidance of experienced engineers and project leads. Participate in testing and validation processes, helping to design and execute experiments to evaluate product performance and reliability. Support the design team in creating CAD models and documentation for various refrigerator components and systems. Conduct market research and analysis to provide insights that inform product development decisions and innovations. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gain exposure to various aspects of refrigerator development, including engineering, design, and project management. Document and present findings and progress reports to team members, contributing to the overall success of the projects. Stay engaged with current industry trends and technologies, applying knowledge gained in academic studies to real-world applications. Your profile Currently enrolled in a Master’s degree program in Engineering, Product Design, or a related field. Strong interest in the home appliance industry, particularly in refrigeration technologies and product development. Proficient in CAD software (e.g., SolidWorks, NX) and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and in teams. Strong communication skills in English and Chinese; knowledge of German is a plus.
