We are looking for an experienced and hands-on Business Operations Expert to strengthen our Business Operations team.
This role sits at the core of our business operations, driving governance, transparency, and cost-efficient ways of working across the organization. You’ll partner closely with teams to support our day-to-day business operations, creating transparency and enabling informed business decisions. We’re looking for a highly structured, proactive professional with strong analytical and communication skills.
What you will do
* Support procurement and cost governance activities, ensuring transparency, compliance, and cost efficiency
* Own and manage the tool request process, maintaining an overview of the tool landscape and supporting consolidation and optimization efforts
* Support financial and accounting activities such as accruals, month- and year-end closings, transaction reviews, and cost reporting
* Collaborate with the Business Operations Manager on budget control, forecasts vs. actuals, and monthly run-rate reporting
* Prepare management and stakeholder reports; support audits and follow up on mitigation actions
* Create and maintain process documentation, support self-service standards, and help enable structured onboarding and automation initiatives.

What you will need
* Experience in business operations, finance, controlling, procurement, or a comparable role
* Solid understanding of budgeting, cost control, and basic accounting principles
* Experience working with internal controls, policies, and governance frameworks
* Strong analytical skills and a structured, detail-oriented working style
* Good communication skills and experience collaborating with multiple stakeholders across all hierarchical levels
* Confidence working with financial data, reporting tools, and process documentation.
