The role The Procurement Specialist acts as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders and internal business functions across indirect (non-IT) procurement categories, including Marketing, Facility Management, People & Culture, Travel, Finance, and Consulting. The role focuses on building procurement governance, co-developing sourcing strategies, and advancing procurement maturity — without owning supplier relationships or contracts. How you’ll make an impact Strategic Business Partnering & Category Support. Collaborates closely with key stakeholders to develop cross-functional sourcing strategies for relevant categories and subcategories, with the aim of maximizing value from the supplier base Provides market insights, best practices, and commercial guidance to support informed procurement decisions Advises and challenges the business on demand definition and specifications to ensure strategic alignment Actively contributes to the selection of procurement-relevant IT solutions that support Governance, process efficiency, and decision-making.
