Your Mission
Take ownership of the entire order lifecycle and shape the backbone of our global operations. In this role, you’ll lead international teams, optimize processes across multiple sites, and ensure seamless delivery for our customers.
Your Tasks
* Order Lifecycle Ownership: Lead and oversee the entire global order process including order entry, fulfillment, invoicing, and proactive issue resolution to ensure accuracy, efficiency, and high customer satisfaction across all sites.
* Team Leadership & Development: Manage, coach, and mentor order management teams stationed in four international locations, fostering best‑in‑class global practices and a customer‑focused mindset.
* Capacity Balancing & Segment Planning: Strategically balance load and production capacity across multiple global factories to optimize lead times.
* Supply Chain & Inventory Coordination: Collaborate with production, logistics, and procurement teams to optimize material flows and on‑time delivery across all plants.
* Data‑Driven Performance Management: Define and monitor key operational KPIs such as On‑Time Delivery (OTD), order accuracy, and Net Promoter Score (NPS). Use dashboards and reports to analyze trends, identify improvement areas and report to senior stakeholders.
* Strategic S&OP Contribution: Actively participate in the Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) process by providing accurate demand and capacity planning feedback, and scenario analyses to align global operations with corporate strategy.
* Operational S&OE Execution: Lead the Sales & Operations Execution (S&OE) activities focused on short‑term operational decision‑making, management of order execution, deviation handling, and rapid problem resolution to ensure seamless order fulfillment.
* Customer Relationship & Escalation Management: Serve as the primary escalation point for global key customers, ensuring exceptional service, clear communication, and systematic follow‑up to maintain high customer satisfaction and trust.
* Budget Planning & Reporting: Contribute to annual, quarterly, and monthly budget cycles and ensure standardized reporting practices across all locations.
* Cross‑Functional & Cross‑Location Collaboration: Facilitate effective collaboration among sales, engineering, operations, and plant management to meet global and local business unit objectives.
Requirements
* Master’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
* International experience: extensive experience in order management and supply chain functions, preferably within energy or manufacturing sectors.
* Leadership skills: proven ability to manage multi‑location teams with cultural and organizational complexity.
* Customer orientation: strong customer service skills with the ability to manage relationships effectively.
* Technical communication: ability to communicate technical data and requirements in customer and production discussions.
* Process optimization expertise: experienced in process harmonization, lean/continuous improvement, and best practice rollouts across regions.
* Organizational & problem‑solving skills: excellent ability to prioritize, structure, and resolve complex challenges.
* System proficiency: strong knowledge of ERP systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
* Analytical skills: high attention to detail and ability to interpret data for decision‑making.
* Collaboration: ability to work effectively in a global team environment.
* Language skills: excellent written and verbal communication in English; German or additional languages are a plus.
