Drive Commercial Success

We are seeking a Senior Commercial Excellence Manager to drive top and bottom-line results through commercial excellence initiatives. This role will design, plan, and implement processes, tools, and strategies to maximize sales performance and business outcomes.

The ideal candidate will have a strong analytical mindset and the ability to integrate insights from various sources to inform decision-making. They will work closely with key business partners to develop and implement sales force effectiveness plans and drive continuous improvement in sales performance measurement and execution.

Key responsibilities include:

* Analyzing and integrating insights and data to provide recommendations for decision-making.
* Developing and implementing Sales Force Effectiveness Plans focusing on key priorities.
* Leading sales force performance measurement and continuous improvement initiatives.
* Partnering with National Sales Managers on Sales Force sizing, territory alignment, and Sales Force Effectiveness.
* Driving adoption and use of Veeva CRM and Tableau to drive better business decisions and analytics.
* Working collaboratively with cross-functional teams to deliver projects and initiatives.

Requirements and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

* A bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
* 8+ years of commercial experience in sales, marketing, or commercial excellence within the diagnostic/pharmaceutical/biotech industry.
* Fluent German and English language skills.
* Demonstrated implementation of commercial excellence projects with commercial outputs.
* Demonstrated success leading and coordinating strategic initiatives.
* Demonstrated knowledge of CRM systems and their implementation.
* Excellent oral and written communications/presentations, results orientation, facilitation, and teamwork skills.
