L3 Oracle DBA with RAC / Performance Tuning exposure (m/f/d)

TASKS
* Manage and support Oracle Exadata environments as a subject matter expert
* Administer RAC, ASM, Data Guard, Infiniband, and storage cells
* Perform health checks, migrations, patching, and upgrades
* Monitor and optimize performance, ensuring high availability
* Handle backup, recovery, and data protection
* Provide 24×7 production support and troubleshoot complex issues
* Collaborate with development and cross-functional teams
* Automate DBA tasks using scripting tools
* Ensure adherence to ITIL-based change and release processes
KNOWLEDGE
* 10–12 years of Oracle DBA experience with 6+ years on Exadata in production environments
* Strong expertise in Oracle RAC, ASM, Data Guard, and Grid Infrastructure (CRS)
* Proven skills in performance tuning, SQL optimization, and high-availability database management
* Hands-on experience with backup, recovery, and migrations (RMAN, Data Pump, Export/Import)
* Experience with Oracle Enterprise Manager and Unix platforms (Linux, Solaris, AIX), including scripting/automation
* Exposure to enterprise environments with ITIL-based change/release processes and 24×7 support
