We are looking for a motivated intern or working student to support our innovation and R&D activities in the area of electric vehicle (EV) charging and grid-edge systems. You will work at the intersection of power electronics, energy systems, and software-enabled testing, contributing to next-generation charging and grid-integration solutions.

Responsibilities
5. Analyze and compare international and national standards and grid codes related to EV charging, smart charging, and grid integration
6. Support the definition and implementation of test scenarios for EV, EVSE, and grid-edge applications
7. Develop models and simulations of charging systems and grid interactions
8. Assist in experimental validation using laboratory test setups and measurement equipment
9. Document results and support technical evaluations for R&D and product planning
Qualifications
10. Enrolled student in Electrical Engineering, Energy Systems, Power Electronics, or a related field
11. Strong interest in EV charging, power systems, and grid modernization
12. Experience or coursework in simulation, modeling, or control systems (e.g. MATLAB/Simulink)
13. Programming experience with C, C# or/and Python is a plus
14. Structured working style and curiosity for hands-on experimental work
15. Good communication skills in English and German languages
