1. contribute within the development of safety critical embedded real time SW for aircraft systems according to RTCA/DO-178B, Level A to Level D
2. carry out autonomous working according to AES and project specific processes
3. support the tailoring of development processes to project-specific needs
4. support the Specification of Software High Level Requirements
5. develop Software Low Level Requirements
6. are responsible for the Software Coding in C and for the SW debugging
7. are responsible for the Software integration and analysis
8. support the design of internal and external interfaces
9. design/adapt the existing solutions for new applications by using dedicated/standardized tools
10. support the definition of “Statement of Works” to be presented to potential suppliers
11. are responsible for the configuration of control / change management of all items produced using applicable CM tools (e.g. Synergy, Dimensions) according to applicable Configuration Management Plan

12. are a Graduate Software Engineer (or equivalent knowledge and skills acquired by other means)
13. have several years of experience in Software Development
14. have good English capabilities, both spoken and written, at least B2 (CEFR)
15. are experienced with the specification of high level and low level software requirements (SRS, SDDD)
16. have experience with technical reviews
17. have programming experience in C and/or Assembler Code
18. have experience with the V-model development cycle (preferably of safety critical software acc. to RTCA/DO-178)
19. have experience within the usage of hardware in the loop test facilities
20. are experianced with the Python Test Script Language, InCircuit-Debugger (Lauterbach), MISRA guidelines (C), DOORS, Configuration management in SVN, or IBM Rational Synergy/Change, or Serena Dimensions and the IBM - Rational Test RealTime
