Project description Bauhaus Earth is looking for an experienced Project Lead to lead the day-to-day implementation of the Fellowship Program – a transdisciplinary program fostering regenerative architecture and urban transformation. In close collaboration with the Experimental Foundation, you will coordinate research, design, and communication activities, while supporting Fellows throughout all phases of their applied research. This role combines visionary thinking with operational excellence and offers the opportunity to shape a unique initiative from within. Your mission Lead the day-to-day implementation of the Fellowship Program, ensuring its alignment with Bauhaus Earth’s mission, in close partnership with Experimental Foundation; Support the Fellows throughout the development of their fellowship project, overseeing all aspects, from co-structuring the research framework, and identifying relevant experts and connecting with them; to supporting in collaborative research, prototyping, and project dissemination; Manage external partnerships and co-productions (e.g. research institutes) Serve as primary contact for internal and external stakeholders, manage timelines, and facilitate collaboration Manage administrative and financial structures of both, the Program and the individual Fellowships. This includes reviewing contracts, bookkeeping and drafting quarterly financial reports; Coordinate the documentation and dissemination of the Fellow’s work by producing communication materials and digital content together with the Bauhaus Earth and Experimental communications teams. Your profile Master’s degree (M.A./M.Sc.) in architecture, urban design, or a related field 3–5 years of relevant professional experience in research project management. Experience in teaching is a plus. Languages: Excellent command of English (min. C1); German (min. B2) Strong organizational and coordination skills Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Miro, Microsoft 365, Google Drive; CAD and GIS knowledge is a plus Deep interest in circular design, nature-based materials, sustainable material flows, and regenerative construction Strong communication and presentation skills across textual, visual, and mixed media formats Proactive, structured, and self-driven working style Why us?
