About the Role
We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead our organizational change journey, driving the successful implementation of our Target Operating Model (TOM).
This pivotal role will support change across affiliated subsidiaries and country organizations, ensuring consistency and alignment across our global footprint.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead change management activities related to the introduction of the new Target Operating Model;
* Develop and execute structured change strategies and communication plans;
* Identify change impacts across people, processes, and systems;
* Collaborate with senior leadership, internal communications, and transformation teams;
* Design and facilitate workshops, training, and engagement sessions;
* Develop and track key change management metrics;
* Act as a trusted advisor and change champion;
* Ensure change activities are inclusive, transparent, and adapted to the cultural and operational context;
* Drive clear, consistent, and compelling communication.
Requirements:
* 5+ years of experience in change management and transformation;
* Demonstrated experience leading change initiatives in IT transformation or operating model integration;
* Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills;
* Experience working across corporate and country-level structures;
* Exceptional communication, facilitation, and coaching abilities;
* At least Bachelor's degree in Business, Administration, or a related field;
* Very good fluency in English.
