Job Description Enterprise Solution Engineer (m/f/d) About 24 Luna Most organizations do not struggle with ambition. They struggle with execution. Tools are often in place, but workflows remain fragmented, teams work in silos, and too much valuable time is still lost in manual work that could be automated. That is where 24 Luna comes in. We help organizations improve the way work gets done by connecting systems, automating workflows and reducing operational complexity. Using platforms such as Make, Airtable and Asana, we turn disconnected processes into scalable solutions that actually support how teams work day to day. 24 Luna is part of One Productivity Group, a pan-European group focused on improving how organizations operate. Across our brands, consulting, technology and execution come together to create better workflows, stronger collaboration and more scalable operations. About the role This role is for someone who enjoys bringing structure into technical complexity. As an Enterprise Solution Engineer, the work starts where systems, tools and workflows no longer connect in the way they should. Manual work slows teams down, processes break between departments, and opportunities for automation remain unused. The challenge is to understand where that friction comes from and turn it into solutions that work in practice. The role combines solution design, technical consulting, pre-sales support and implementation. It moves between helping prospects understand what is possible, designing scalable automation setups, and working with customers to make those solutions successful after the sale. It is strategic, hands-on and client-facing, with a strong focus on real business impact. Your mission What the role involves • Analyzing customer processes, existing tools and workflow challenges across teams • Designing technical solutions using platforms such as Make, Airtable and Asana • Translating complex operational needs into scalable automation and integration setups • Supporting pre-sales conversations by helping prospects understand the value of connected systems and cross-tool workflows • Working closely with Sales to handle technical questions, shape solution direction and support commercial opportunities • Leading or supporting the implementation of customer solutions together with Consulting and Sales • Advising customers on how to move from manual or fragmented processes to more digital and automated ways of working • Identifying technical opportunities that can be developed into repeatable services, internal products or new business models • Contributing to partner relationships with platforms such as Make and Airtable • Helping further build the Solution Engineering capability within the organization Your profile What makes a strong fit • At least 5 years of experience in solution engineering, automation, implementation, technical consulting or a related field • Strong experience with low-code or no-code platforms and workflow automation • Proven experience designing and implementing successful technical solutions for customers • The ability to simplify complex workflows and translate them into practical, scalable setups • Confidence in customer-facing conversations, from discovery to technical guidance and objection handling • A structured way of working, with strong ownership and the ability to move between strategy and execution • A creative and solution-oriented mindset, especially when working on unique customer challenges • Strong communication skills, with empathy, clarity and professional credibility • Fluent German and English, both spoken and written • Experience with platforms such as Make, Airtable, Asana or similar tooling is a strong advantage What makes this role interesting Many technical roles focus either on building or advising. This role sits in between. It involves understanding how customers operate, identifying where systems and workflows break down, and designing solutions that improve how work actually gets done. The impact is visible. Not in theory, but in better processes, fewer manual steps and systems that support teams more effectively across the business. Why One Productivity Group? What One Productivity Group offers • A role with real ownership and visible impact across customers, solutions and internal development • The opportunity to work with well-known international clients on meaningful automation and workflow challenges • A flexible setup, remote, hybrid or from one of our office locations • A professional onboarding and strong on-the-job learning environment • Regular coaching, feedback and development opportunities • A team that combines high standards with a collaborative and down-to-earth way of working • Room to bring in ideas, shape new solutions and contribute beyond the core role • A digital-first work culture with flexibility and trust • High-quality equipment for both office and remote work Our Berlin office • A central location with easy access by public transport and bike • A wide selection of nearby cafés, restaurants and bars • Free fruit and drinks • Fully equipped desks and a comfortable working environment About One Productivity Group One Productivity Group is a fast-growing pan-European group focused on helping organizations improve the way they work.
