* Manage document management systems, including filing, scanning, and archiving;

* Coordinate incoming and outgoing correspondence, ensuring timely distribution;
* Procure and manage office supplies;
* Maintain and organize confidential legal and administrative files;
* Plan and coordinate complex schedules, meetings, and travel arrangements;
* Assist with invoice preparation and basic financial administration tasks;
* Serve as a liaison between internal teams and external partners, ensuring clear communication.
