Lead Enterprise Sales Strategist
The role of Lead Enterprise Sales Strategist is to lead and manage a team of experienced sales professionals in the sale of our SaaS software solutions to Financial Services Institutions (FSI).
* This involves identifying and pursuing new business opportunities with FSI clients, developing and executing strategic plans to meet or exceed revenue targets.
* Manage and inspire top-tier client relationships, ensuring exceptional customer experience and driving revenue growth through value-added services and strategic partnerships.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to execute go-to-market strategies, develop marketing materials, and optimize sales processes to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
Key Responsibilities
* Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies to drive revenue growth and market share expansion.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including CIOs, CDOs, and CMOS within the FSI sector.
* Provide coaching and mentoring to sales team members to enhance their skills and knowledge in sales best practices, industry trends, and product expertise.
Requirements
* 5+ years' experience in leading high-performing sales teams in the software industry.
* 10+ years' experience in direct software sales, preferably in the SaaS segment.
* Proven track record of success in managing complex sales cycles, negotiating enterprise deals, and delivering results-driven sales strategies.
