Your Mission

You will build next-generation software solutions – expandable, scalable, and powerful from modern frontend to the depths of the cloud. What to Expect
Help our clients with your technological know-how. Together with your team, you scrutinize the business and IT processes of significant companies. You use these results to design and develop software solutions tailored to the needs of the clients.
Support companies on their way to a new era. Be part of cloud and software transformations for significant companies and institutions in the German-speaking region.
Conceptualize, develop, and manage complex IT systems. Programming infrastructures and architectures alone is not enough. But who are we telling this to… Live DevOps and Agile mindset every day.
Accompany the software until roll-out – comprehensively tested. Throughout the entire project, you work closely with your testing colleagues. You also test the developed software yourself until you can hand it over to the client with a good feeling.
Enjoy the benefits of both worlds. At the Kaiserslautern location, you breathe start-up air while relying on the security of the corporation. You work in a small, self-determined team – either onsite or remote. But definitely once a week together with everyone in the Pfälzer office.
What We Look Forward To
* You have completed a degree or training related to IT and have first or several years of relevant professional experience.
* You are familiar with the architecture, design, and development of software. You use technologies like Java, JavaScript, TypeScript, Node.js, Angular, Vue.js, or React. Do you also master cloud technologies? Even better!
* You bring an affinity for new technologies and the motivation for continuous technological development.
* You are proficient in object-oriented development with UML, design patterns, and performance tuning. The same applies to database technologies and IDE tools like Eclipse, IntelliJ, or Visual Studio Code.
* Communication is your strength: You express yourself clearly and confidently in German and English. You also excel in presentations.
