We are currently searching on behalf of a client for an Analyst (m/f/d) to join a real estate private equity investment team based in Frankfurt.
This is an excellent opportunity for candidates with up to 2 years of experience who are looking to further develop their career within a dynamic investment platform and gain exposure to transactions and financial analysis.
Key Responsibilities:
* Support the execution of real estate private equity investments
* Build and maintain cash flow and financial models (e.g. DCF, scenario analyses)
* Conduct market research and due diligence
* Prepare investment memos and presentations for internal stakeholders
* Work closely with senior team members across acquisitions and portfolio-related topics
Your Profile:
* Up to 2 years of relevant experience in real estate, investment banking, private equity, consulting, or a related field
* Strong cash flow modelling and financial analysis skills
* Solid understanding of real estate investments
* Fluent German and English (written and spoken)
* Highly analytical with strong attention to detail
