What you'll be doing:
* Be the welcoming face of Flink, greeting all employees, guests, and partners with a warm and professional attitude.
* Manage the front desk area, ensuring it is always tidy, professional, and reflects our dynamic brand.
* Handle all incoming calls, mail, and deliveries, acting as the central point for office logistics.
* Support our Workplace Experience team with daily administrative tasks, from managing meeting room calendars to ordering office supplies.
* Assist in organizing amazing office events and initiatives that strengthen our diverse and multicultural team spirit.
* Be a go-to resource for our team, answering questions and providing support to help make their workday seamless.
Qualifications
* You are currently enrolled as a student at a university.
* Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills; you're friendly, approachable, and professional.
* You are fluent in English (our company language). Fluency in German/Dutch is a major plus!
* A proactive, hands-on mentality with a "no task is too small" attitude.
* Excellent organizational skills and a keen eye for detail.
* You are reliable, punctual, and able to manage your tasks independently.
* A genuine interest in creating a positive and productive workplace culture.
* Previous experience in hospitality, customer service, or a front desk role is a bonus, but not required!
