The Role As a Working Student in our Account Management team and a core part of our commercial organization, you will be one of the key drivers supporting our upsell growth and customer success. We are looking for a highly motivated and proactive Working Student who is eager to learn, grow, and make an impact from day one. In this role, you will handle incoming upsell requests, manage the pipeline, support our customers, and answer their questions with flair and confidence. As the backbone of the team, you will also collaborate closely with our Account Managers on a variety of additional topics, such as preparing upcoming campaigns and ensuring smooth execution of day‑to‑day operations. This role is ideal for someone in their final year (or two!) of studies who wants to kick-start their career in a fast-growing environment, with plenty of opportunities to grow into future roles across the organization. What you'll do Handle incoming upsell requests from existing customers Qualify and process upsell opportunities Support customers with day‑to‑day questions and issues Ensure a smooth and positive customer experience Support ongoing initiatives and internal projects Help with administrative and operational tasks to keep the team running efficiently What you bring to the table You are in the final years of your studies, and are looking for the ideal preparation to start a career in sales, inside sales or sales development. You are a real people person, persuasive, communicate confidently, and exude trust and reliability. You are equally good at listening to find out the needs of potential customers a step ahead of the prospect’s needs. You are highly committed, responsive, and driven to support and sell our SaaS solution. You are tech savvy, willing to learn, develop, and grow! You possess business fluent communication skills in German and English. Any additional languages are a plus!
