Responsibilities
* Technical and organizational management of the IT Operations department
* Management and further development of the IT operations team (5-6 employees)
* Ensuring the smooth operation of IT systems, networks, servers and clients, end and peripheral devices at all locations
* Planning and implementation of infrastructure measures (e.g. technical architecture, procurement processes, implementation and integration)
* Responsibility for IT service processes according to ITIL
* Management of service providers and external partners
* Supporting and implementing the IT security and IT strategy
* Supporting the introduction of Google Workspace and Google Cloud
Qualifications
* University degree in computer science, information and communication technology, data or communications engineering
* Extensive professional experience in IT operations with proven management experience
* Deep understanding of IT infrastructure, cloud technologies, security standards and compliance
* Sound knowledge of the administration of Windows and SQL servers
* Experience in IT service management (ITIL, ISO 27001)
* Strategic thinking paired with operational implementation strength
* Strong leadership and communication skills
