As our Data Science Intern (Analytics), you’ll turn raw product and operations data into decisions - building clean datasets, running rigorous statistical analyses (e.g., logistic regression, survival analysis and other statistical models), and surfacing insights that improve acquisition, retention, and unit economics. You’ll work closely with Product, Growth, Commercial and Operations and report to our Managing Director/Co-Founder.
Analytics pipeline & data quality: Own problem-to-SQL-to-insight workflows; build clean, documented datasets and sanity checks that make metrics trustworthy.
Statistical modelling: Run and explain models (logistic regression for conversion/churn, survival analysis for time-to-event like delinquency or activation); build lightweight dashboards for weekly rituals (activation, retention, payback).
Currently enrolled in a BSc/MSc/PhD (or recent graduate) in Statistics, Mathematics, Data Science, Economics, CS, or similar; 4–6 month internship preferred.
Comfortable with probability, inference, regression (logit/probit), survival analysis (Kaplan-Meier/Cox), hypothesis testing, and experimental design.
Hands-on tools: Strong SQL ; Python (pandas, NumPy, scikit-learn; Cohort/funnel analysis, metric design, segmentation, feature engineering, cross-validation, ROC/PR, calibration, confidence intervals.
Clear writer; can translate statistical results into simple trade-offs and next steps for non-experts.
Regression modelling, survival/time-to-event, A/B testing, causal reasoning basics, feature engineering, model validation and monitoring.
Tools & Frameworks: SQL, Python (pandas/scikit-learn/lifelines), dbt or Airflow basics, BI (Metabase/Looker), notebooks, Git.
University/side projects or internships demonstrating end-to-end analytics (dataset creation → model → decision). Competitive Salary
We’re on a mission to build a category‑defining leader in one of the most crucial industries on the continent: Agriculture. As the backbone of Europe’s food supply, agriculture is central to our sovereignty and future sustainability - and we’re here to shape its evolution.
Backed by leading venture capital firms with over €10 million in seed funding, we are a high-impact and output-driven team - a group of founder‑operators who have been at the forefront of scaling some of Europe’s most successful fintechs and agritechs. Despite significant traction and strong backing, we are still operating in stealth mode, carefully building a category-defining leader in agrifintech. With our sights set on becoming the dominant player in this space, we are poised to seize the largest fintech opportunity in Europe’s agriculture market - one that will define the future of the industry.
