Our client, a leading company in the real estate sector, is seeking a Billing Officer to join a dynamic, people-focused team of 10 professionals.

Billing Officer - Your responsibilities:
The position involves processing a high volume of invoices (more than 250 per month) across multiple platforms, coordinating supplier payments, and reconciling discrepancies in close collaboration with the accounting team. You will maintain regular contact with suppliers and local authorities, ensure accurate filing, and contribute to the automation and continuous improvement of accounts payable processes, while supporting additional financial tasks as needed.
Billing Officer - Your Profile:
* You have at least one year of experience in a similar role in a service provider, in-house or in a law firm in Luxembourg.
* Fluent English and Spanish, good knowledge of French would be a plus.
* Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration or equivalent.
