(Senior) Manager Demand Planning (m/f/d)

Areas of Responsibilities:
1. Lead the Demand Planning Team in Europe, ensuring strategic alignment and operational excellence
2. Take ownership of weekly and monthly statistical forecast reports, ensuring accuracy and data-driven insights
3. Support with continuous improvement of forecasting techniques, methods and approaches
4. Follow standard operating procedures for demand planning processes and systems and enable consistency within team
5. Drive service level improvements in assigned sales areas while maintaining a high stock turnover rate
6. Identify and proactively resolve key stock and inventory issues
7. Own and execute assigned projects and responsibilities, ensuring timely and effective delivery
8. Collaborate with cross-functional teams and maintain cross-functional network for team to align demand planning strategies with business objectives
9. Analyze data trends and provide recommendations to drive decisions in disposition
Profile of Qualification:
10. Proven experience in demand planning, supply chain management, or S&OP within a global organization
11. Deep understanding of forecasting methodologies, demand drivers, and stock optimization strategies
12. Strong people management skills, with the ability to lead, mentor, and provide direction to a team
13. Excellent communication and storytelling skills to effectively convey data-driven insights to stakeholders
14. Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-growth environment with short product life cycles and frequent changes
15. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to identify key issues and drive solutions
16. Technical proficiency in Excel, SAP Cloud Analytics, and Analysis for Office
17. Strong time management and self-management skills
18. Customer and team-focused mindset, with the ability to work cross-functionally
19. Detail-oriented with a proactive approach to demand planning challenges
20. Fluent in English, German language is a plus
