We are currently seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Parts Administrator to join our dynamic team. Main Responsibilities
* Ensure the timely and accurate processing of customer orders for spare parts, service parts, and accessories – both within Germany and especially for European and non-European countries.
* Handle the entire order process: from quotation preparation, order intake and processing, through to delivery and invoicing of parts orders.
* Coordinate directly with customers and international sales partners.
* Review orders in terms of pricing, terms, and scope of delivery.
* Monitor delivery dates and coordinate partial or complete shipments as required.
* Ensure compliance with export regulations during order processing.
Qualifications and Skills
* Proven experience in order processing of technical products.
* Strong command of English and German (written and spoken); additional foreign languages are an advantage.
* Proficient in SAP and MS Office applications.
* Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with a high degree of flexibility.
